We Help Charities Get Seen, So They Can Keep Doing Good

Charities exist to help people — not to spend their evenings fighting with a content calendar. Every hour a small charity spends wrestling with social media is an hour taken away from the people they actually serve. We started Kindly Social because we believe that's backwards.

Good causes deserve the same quality of marketing that big brands take for granted — without the big-brand price tag, and without having to become a marketing expert themselves.

Multiple people are stacking their hands together in a gesture of unity and support. The individuals are wearing colorful sweaters and jewelry, and a baby hand is also visible.

Our Story

Kindly Social was built specifically for the UK charity sector — not adapted from a general marketing agency model.

We saw too many brilliant, hardworking organisations either going quiet online because they didn't have the time or resources, or paying agency prices designed for commercial businesses, not community causes.

So we built something different: affordable, flexible, no-contract marketing support, created by people who understand what it means to answer to a board of trustees, work within a tight grant budget, and put your mission ahead of your metrics.

What We Believe

Charities deserve better than leftover marketing budgets.

Good causes shouldn't have to choose between doing their work and being seen doing it.

Marketing should feel human, not corporate.

Your story deserves to be told in your voice, not squeezed into a generic template.

Support should be steady, not transactional.

We're not chasing quick wins. We're here to help you build trust, engagement, and impact over time.

Flexibility matters.
Funding is uncertain enough already — that's why we work on a no-contract, cancel-anytime basis.
