At Kindly Social, we’re proud to work with people and projects that are doing good in the world – and Dan Roberts is exactly that.
Dan is a writer, coach, and speaker using his lived experiences to help others. Through his platform danroberts.com, he shares resources, writes insightful posts (with a book on the way!), and uses his voice to support those struggling with their mental health. We’ve been lucky enough to support his work across social media, web, and design, helping to amplify his impact and reach more people who need it.
What We Do for Dan | A Social Media Case Study
1. Social Media Content Creation
We manage Dan’s social media channels, creating content that reflects his tone of voice. From mental health reflections to guided meditation reels and practical advice, every post is crafted to connect with his audience in a real, honest way. We focus on consistency, accessibility, and authenticity – helping build a community that feels heard and supported.
2. Website Management
Dan’s website is his home online – and we help make sure it stays fresh, functional, and aligned with his evolving work. From updating pages to behind-the-scenes maintenance, we make sure the website is working as hard as he does. We also optimise content to support SEO and ensure users can easily find the resources they need.
3. Merchandise Design & Shop Support
One of the most inspiring parts of Dan’s work is his not-for-profit online shop. 100% of profits go towards helping those who need therapy, resources, or mental health support but can’t afford it.
We were thrilled to design and develop his first range of merchandise, including t-shirts and accessories that reflect his messages of hope and strength. Our focus was on creating designs that were wearable, meaningful, and on-brand. We also supported
the launch of the shop and continue to help promote it across his channels.
The Impact
Increased engagement and reach across platforms
A clear, cohesive brand presence across social and web
A new income stream through merchandise – with every sale going directly to support those in need
Why It Matters
Dan’s work is deeply personal, and deeply needed. Our role is to make sure his message reaches as many people as possible, with clarity and consistency. We’re not just managing platforms, we’re helping build a movement around mental health awareness, accessibility, and lived experience.
If you’re a coach, creator, or organisation doing good in the world, we’d love to help you grow your presence and your impact – just like we’ve done with Dan.

Understanding your emotional patterns, behaviors, and relationship dynamics is key to personal growth and well-being. If you consistently struggle with emotional intensity, fear of abandonment, or an unstable sense of identity, you might consider exploring resources related to BPD. A free BPD test online can serve as a private way to reflect on these experiences. The questions are designed to highlight common symptoms associated with the disorder. If the results suggest a potential concern, it's a strong indicator that seeking a professional consultation for a thorough assessment and guidance would be a beneficial next step. It’s about gaining clarity to get the right kind of support.
